Terms and conditions

These are the simple rules for walks and visits with The Waggle Club, run by Ellie Duffy. By booking, you're agreeing to them. If anything's unclear, just ask.

Meet and greet

Every new dog starts with a free meet and greet. It's a chance for Ellie to get to know your dog, and for you to tell her everything she needs to know. Ellie can say no to a booking if she doesn't think it's right for your dog or the other dogs.

Booking and cancelling

Bookings are confirmed by Ellie by message, and a booking is only confirmed once it's paid. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice and you'll get a refund or a credit for another day. Later cancellations aren't refunded (you're charged the full price).

If Ellie has to cancel (illness, or weather that isn't safe for dogs, like extreme heat or storms), she'll tell you as soon as she can and you'll get a full refund or a credit, whichever you prefer.

Paying

Pay by bank transfer before each walk or visit. No pay, no walkies! Ellie will send you her bank details. Prices are on the home page. Ellie will give you at least a month's notice of any price change.

Your dog's health and behaviour

Your dog must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, and wear a collar with an ID tag, as the law requires. Please tell Ellie about any health problems, medication, or behaviour around people and other dogs, and let her know if anything changes.

Dogs only go off lead with your written permission. Group walks are only for dogs who are friendly with other dogs.

If your dog is ill or hurt

If your dog needs a vet, Ellie will try to reach you first. If she can't, you agree she can take your dog to your usual vet, or the nearest one in an emergency. Vet bills are yours to pay.

Keys and your home

Keys are kept safely, labelled without your address, and returned when you stop using the service.

Photos

Ellie sends you photos of your dog after walks. She'll only share them publicly, for example on Instagram, if you say that's fine.

Insurance

The Waggle Club is insured with [INSURANCE PROVIDER]. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

Stopping

You can stop using The Waggle Club at any time. Just let Ellie know. Anything you've paid for that's more than 24 hours away is refunded.
